Mike's Plumbing
A veteran-owned Tacoma plumber whose site had been compromised and flagged by Google. Rebuilt clean, and the Safe Browsing warning was lifted the day of the cutover.
The situation
The existing WordPress site had been infected and Google Safe Browsing was showing visitors a warning page, flagged since August 10, 2026. Mike signed with Narrows Web Co. on August 29, 2026.
What we built
A rebuild from the ground up rather than a clean-up: his text and photographs carried across, every script written from scratch, no plugins and no third-party JavaScript. The domain moved to Cloudflare on September 1, 2026, taking the infected WordPress origin out of the request path.
What we're tracking
Google re-crawled the clean site and lifted the Safe Browsing warning on September 1, 2026, the day of the cutover, confirmed independently on the Transparency Report. Mike signed on August 29, 2026; search and inquiry baseline established, outcome reporting pending.

In their words
What Mike's Plumbing said.
★★★★★
I had been dealing with so many issues with third-party companies that promised everything but ultimately failed to deliver. They were difficult to communicate with, untrustworthy, and charging way too much money to essentially let my website sit there without actually getting anything accomplished. Dustin at Narrows Web was a completely different experience. He helped get my website back online and running properly, and the difference has been night and day.
