The fine print, in plain English
Read this before anyone signs anything.
What does the $100/month actually cover?
Hosting on enterprise-grade edge infrastructure, SSL, security and uptime monitoring, software upkeep, and content edits (new photos, changed hours, a new service, updated pricing), up to two hours of changes per month, which in practice covers almost everything a local business needs.
What if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime; hosting continues 30 days past your last payment. Your domain is registered in your name and goes with you, along with your content. The site code and design remain ours unless you buy them out for a flat $1,500, in which case we hand you the full source and walk your next host through it.
Why is there a build fee?
The build is real work: strategy, copy, architecture, and code. $500 is a fraction of what the same build costs from an agency, and it means the monthly fee stays an honest $100 instead of hiding the build cost inside a higher retainer.
Do you guarantee first-page rankings?
No, and nobody honestly can. Google decides rankings, not us. What we guarantee is the architecture that rankings require: complete pages, structured data, fast loads, and clean indexing. We build the boat right; the tide does what it does.
How do payments work?
Everything happens at narrowsweb.com/start: you review and e-sign the one-page agreement, then pay the build fee by card through Stripe, about three minutes start to finish. Monthly billing begins at launch, renews automatically, sends a receipt every month, and you can update your card or cancel from a self-serve portal. No phone call required for any of it.
